There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Sedgwick"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Sedgwick"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Sedgwick"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Sedgwick"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., SedgwickThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 67135, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Sedgwick address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
